Who We Are?

SJI designs Ltd was established over ten years ago by Steve Iberle with the aim of providing a simple but effective solution in providing a service for the individual, who requires a smooth hassle free process for statutory consultations such as Planning & Building Regulation Applications.

To provide design drawings with the individuals requirements and needs in mind, and in so doing, meeting statutory obligations enabling a vision to become reality.

This service is backed up with many years experience and training at all levels.

Steve has qualifications at all levels including Higher National Diploma in Building Studies, and a BSc(Hons) Degree in Building Surveying.

Professional status was then obtained when Steve became a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Fellow of the Chartered Association of Building Engineers and a Graduate Member of the Institution of Fire Engineers,

Steve has worked within local authority building services department as a Building Surveyor, within local authority Building Control as a Senior Building Surveyor, a private Building Company as a Principle Project Surveyor, and at a large Approved Inspector Company as a Senior Projects Manager.

Years of experience has enabled Steve to obtain a vast amount of knowledge and understanding from all aspects of the construction industry, enabling him to provide a service that encompasses the qualities of all areas in one package.
